We’re Hiring: Bodyshop Supervisor

Bodyshop by Access Motors is looking for an experienced leader to join our team and help uphold the craftsmanship and premium standards our clients expect.

If you have a passion for quality workmanship, strong leadership skills, and a background in automotive body repair operations, this could be your next move.

What we’re looking for:

8-10 years in automotive body repair operations

Minimum 3 years as a Bodyshop Supervisor or Foreman

Strong leadership and team management skills

Solid knowledge of body and paint repair processes

A technical qualification in Automotive Engineering is a strong added advantage

What you’ll be doing:

Supervising daily bodyshop operations end-to-end

Allocating and monitoring repair work across the team

Ensuring quality repairs and on-time vehicle delivery

Leading, coaching, and developing bodyshop technicians
