Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil- Provide excellent customer service and support- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:- Proficiency in Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing)- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic computer skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Previous call center experience is a plus but not required
