👉 A Diploma or Equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
👉 Minimum 2 years experience Residential Building Construction / Real Estate Project Construction.
👉 Familiarity with site supervision, technical documents.
👉 Knowledge in Quantity Surveying & Auto cad is an added qualification.
👉 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
👉 Compatible in working during the weekend.
👉 Fluent in English with Strong Communication Skills & Convincing Skills.
👉 Valid Riding License.
👉 Being a Resident of the Western Province
👉 Age Between 21 and 45 Years
