We’re Hiring: Technical sales Executive!

We are looking for experienced, male/female candidates to join a team of sales professionals to market a range of construction related products including water
proofing, building repair and finishing and a comprehensive range of adhesives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree offered by a University Grants Commission recognized institute in a
relevant field. - Over 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals, coupled with knowledge of
construction related products and infrastructure projects on-going and in the pipeline in
Sri Lanka. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of contributing to company growth.
Candidates must be able to exercise good judgement in all business transactions, be capable of
formulating specific sales and action plans to ensure growth and profitability of the business
and be willing to travel island-wide.
