Job Description:-
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Travel Agency Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, and the ability to manage multiple travel arrangements effectively.
You will be responsible for advising clients on various travel options, arranging travel itineraries, and handling bookings.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Provide professional travel consultation to clients, assisting with car rentals, air ticket bookings, visa applications, tour planning, and taxi services.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
• Manage and process travel bookings, including reservations and payments.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest travel trends, promotions, and regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Ensure a seamless experience for each client by coordinating with service providers and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
Requirements:-
• Education: Diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or related field (preferred but not required).
• Experience: Prior experience in a travel agency, tourism, or customer service role is advantageous.
• Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficiency in using booking and reservation systems (training will be provided if needed).
• Knowledge of various travel destinations, travel regulations, and industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Other: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
