Responsibilities:-

Assist clients with travel arrangements, including outbound and inbound tour packages.

Manage bookings and reservations using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).

Provide excellent customer service and travel advice to clients.

Handle itinerary planning and ensure smooth coordination of travel plans.

Qualifications:-

Familiar with GDS systems.

Experience in outbound and inbound tour package handling.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in the travel industry.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
