Position: Virtual Assistant

Location: Work from Home with Weekly Office Visit (Preferred around Kurunegala)

Age Requirement: 18-26

Description: Shayzers VA is a global provider of administrative assistance, offering support to clients around the world.

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This role offers the convenience of working from home with the added benefit of a weekly office visit to stay connected and engaged with the team.

It is preferable if you can work during USA hours to better align with our client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily administrative tasks

Manage and organize emails and schedules

Conduct online research and compile data

Provide customer support and respond to inquiries

Perform data entry and maintain records

Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments

Requirements:

Age between 18-26

Reliable internet connection for remote work

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience in Canva, Google Suite, and social media is a plus

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferable if you can work during USA hours

Preferred candidates from Kurunegala area
