Pre-requisites:-
• Professional Qualifications in HRM from a nationally recognized institute or similar qualification in HRM with 4years’ experience.
• Higher level of flexibility, positive attitude & with can-do thinking.
• Working knowledge of MS Office packages such as Word, Excel, Email, Power point.
• Practical knowledge about HRIS and HR analytics will be definite advantage• Very good leadership skills & excellent communication skills in English is essential.
• Ability to speak in Tamil & Sinhala is an added advantageges
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices are added advantage.
