Develop and execute comprehensive S&M strategies to expand market share in existing markets and explore new international territories.

Implement effective sales forecasting, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies as needed to meetor exceed sales objectives.

Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities.

Collaborate closely with other departments such as production, supply chain, and quality assurance to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of products as per market demands.


Degree and/or equivalent professional qualification (e.g. SLIM /CIM) related to Marketing, Business Administration, etc. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant industrial experience with solid exposure in dealing with international clients

Excellent team player with a strong set of values, sense of integrity and leadership capabilities

Attention to detail, excellent problem solving mindset, interpersonal skills and ability to work under minimum supervision in a challenging work context

Excellent PR, proficiency in in English & Sinhala is a must (Proficiency in foreign languages will be an added advantage)

Very good IT literacy including solid knowledge in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
