Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
BSc with 2 yrs experience (IQSSL Accredited degree) OR HND(QS) / NCT(QS) with 4 yrs experience OR equivalent.
Experience in tendering, budgeting and cost planning is required.
Preference to candidates with building construction experience.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of monthly cost reports.
Assisting tendering.
Assisting project management team.
MEP Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
Relevant academic qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
Experience as a MEP quantity surveyor of at least 2 years or overall experience in the construction industry 4 years with MEP quantity surveying experience of 1 year.
Familiarity with construction industry regulations and Contract
documents.
Responsibilities:
Assisting tendering works
Subcontract management
Cost control, management, and reporting
