We are seeking an experienced and committed Quality Assurance and Qulity Control Lead Specialist to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art Automobile Vehicle Assembly Plant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality at every stage of the vehicle assembly process.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Make sure all quality steps are followed during vehicle assembly.
- Do checks, tests, and audits to confirm vehicles meet company and industry standards.
- Find any quality problems, fix them quickly, and keep track of what was done.
- Work together with production and engineering teams to improve quality and avoid mistakes.
- Keep records and reports of checks, test results, and any issues found.
- Support and guide the assembly team to follow quality procedures.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within a large-scale or highly regulated process environment is required.
- Prior experience in the automobile industry will be considered a significant advantage.
- Fair understanding of vehicle assembly processes and quality control systems.
- Degree or diploma in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
