Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our machinery. Your expertise will directly impact our production efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure proper functioning of equipment, including offset printing machines, laminators, die-cutters, folder gluers, etc.
2. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions.
   3.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
4. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
5. Train junior technicians and machine operators on safe and efficient operation.
6. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years or more, of hands-on experience as an electromechanical maintenance technician.
2. NAB, NVQ Level 3, ATI/TTI, or German Tech preferred.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
4. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
   5.Ability to work in flexible hours.
