Hemas COE (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary, is our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) arm, managing and operating financial and payroll processes for companies within the Hemas Group.

We are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Associate – Finance to join our Shared Services team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Undergraduates are also encouraged to apply).

Part qualification in CIMA / CA Sri Lanka.

Good understanding of financial statements.

Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
