🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

Aqua Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted leader in Total Water Resource Management in Sri Lanka. To strengthen our project management and cost control functions, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and cost plans for water-related projects.

Monitor project budgets, material usage, and cost variations.

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare payment certificates.

Support project managers with financial and contractual documentation.

Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry standards.

Requirements:

NDT / HNDE / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 1-year experience in QS or cost estimation (Freshers with strong academic background may apply).

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD; familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
