♛ Accountant – Dankotuwa ♛

Key Responsibilities:-

✅️Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
✅️ Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
✅️Support the month-end closing process, including reconciliations and adjustments.
✅️Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
✅️Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
✅️Work closely with auditors (internal and external) to ensure smooth audit processes.
✅️Provide financial insights to support management in decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:-

✅️ Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA/CIMA/CA preferred).
✅️ 3–5 years of accounting experience, with strong knowledge of IFRS reporting standards.
✅️ Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or export-oriented businesses is an advantage.
✅️ Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
✅️ Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
✅️ High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
