πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs for all departments
  • Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and training records
  • Contribute to onboarding and orientation programs
  • Ensure training activities comply with company standards and HR best practices
  • Support daily HR operations and HR documentation
  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities when required
  • Maintain employee records and ensure updated HR databases
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare events
  • Assist with HR reporting, leave management, attendance and related tasks

πŸ”Ή Required Qualifications

  • Background in Human Resources (Degree / Diploma preferred)
  • Experience and strong interest in Learning & Development
  • Hospitality industry experience would be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
  • A female candidate from Dambulla/Sigiriya will be ideal.
