We are looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR team. If you have a background in HR and a genuine interest in developing people, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic hospitality environment.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and delivering training programs for all departments
- Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and training records
- Contribute to onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensure training activities comply with company standards and HR best practices
- Support daily HR operations and HR documentation
- Assist in recruitment and selection activities when required
- Maintain employee records and ensure updated HR databases
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare events
- Assist with HR reporting, leave management, attendance and related tasks
πΉ Required Qualifications
- Background in Human Resources (Degree / Diploma preferred)
- Experience and strong interest in Learning & Development
- Hospitality industry experience would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation
- Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently
- A female candidate from Dambulla/Sigiriya will be ideal.
