DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification

Strong communication skills with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset

A growth-driven, proactive attitude with the ability to think ahead and drive change

Technology literacy and the ability to thrive in a dynamic Fin-tech environment

Willingness to be based in Colombo during training and flexibility to work in any assigned location thereafter.
