Part-Time Social Media Manager — Celeste Mendis (Luxury Fashion Brand, Sri Lanka)
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a passionate, trend-aware Social Media Manager to join us part-time and run our Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn channels. You’ll be the creative voice behind our brand online, crafting content that stops the scroll, builds community, and drives sales.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
— Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels
— Conceptualise and produce short-form TikTok videos
— Write compelling captions with a consistent brand voice
— Monitor engagement, respond to comments and DMs
— Research trending audio, hashtags, and content formats relevant to fashion
— Collaborate with the founder to align content with collections and campaigns
— Track basic analytics and share monthly performance insights
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
— A genuine love for fashion and visual storytelling
— Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and trends
— Experience creating content (personal portfolio, brand work, or your own social channels are all welcome)
— Basic skills in photo/video editing — CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, or similar
— Good written English and a natural flair for captions
— Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet deadlines independently
— Based in Sri Lanka (preferred, for on-site shoots when needed)
NICE TO HAVE
— Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands
— Familiarity with Instagram Shopping and link-in-bio tools
— Basic photography skills
DETAILS
📍 Location: Remote / Sri Lanka
⏰ Commitment: Part-time (approx. 10–15 hrs/week)
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
