We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Distribution

Food & Beverages Industry

We are on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Distribution to join our team and lead efficient, high-performing distribution operations.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily distribution and logistics operations

Ensure timely delivery to customers and outlets

Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams & distributors

Monitor inventory movement and maintain optimal stock levels

Optimize routes and control distribution costs

Analyze performance and drive continuous improvements

Resolve operational issues and customer concerns effectively

What We’re Looking For:

Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration

3-5 years’ experience in distribution or logistics (F&B preferred)

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
