Role Description :-
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sourthen and Colombo for a Business Development Executive.
The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts.
Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with potential and existing clients, executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and achieving revenue targets.
The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing business growth.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
Account Management skills to maintain and grow client relationships
Strong interpersonal and Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members
Understanding of Business processes and strategies to drive growth Analytical mindset for identifying opportunities and improving performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in sales or business development, especially within the industrial or energy sectors, is an advantage Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technologies
