WE ARE HIRING – CHIEF ENGINEER

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Chief Engineer to lead our Engineering Department and ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all facilities and systems across the resort.

We especially welcome Nature Lovers and Sustainability Enthusiasts.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or in a similar role within a hotel or resort

Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance management, and energy conservation

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Relevant technical qualifications in Engineering Benefits:
