🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Solution Deployment Engineer (Solution Delivery)

📍 Location: On-site in Colombo, Sri Lanka

As a Senior Solution Deployment Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering ANTlabs solutions into customer production environments.

This is a customer-facing Professional Services role that combines hands-on technical implementation, solution integration, technical consulting and customer engagement.

Unlike an internal IT infrastructure position, you will work directly with customer technical teams, implementation partners and system integrators throughout the entire project lifecycle to deliver successful business outcomes.

For overseas projects, implementation is primarily delivered remotely in collaboration with customer technical teams, implementation partners and ANTlabs’ geographically distributed engineering organisation. Overseas travel will be required for selected project milestones such as commissioning, production cutovers, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), customer training and major technical escalations.

✅ What We’re Looking For:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or a related discipline.

Relevant professional certifications in Linux, networking, cloud platforms or virtualisation technologies will be advantageous.

8 or more years of relevant Professional Services or solution implementation experience.

Demonstrated experience leading technical implementation activities for complex customer projects.

Experience leading production deployments, migrations and commissioning activities.

Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead will be highly advantageous. Able to make sound technical decisions, coordinate technical implementation teams and engage confidently with senior customer technical stakeholders.
