We’re Hiring: Assistant Engineering Manager
Ultra Aluminium (PVT) LTD is seeking a dynamic Assistant Engineering Manager for our Batticaloa facility to oversee plant machinery, drive maintenance management, and ensure optimal operational efficiency.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in engineering or maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills: Expertise in Preventive/Predictive
maintenance, TPM, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC/automation systems.
Leadership: Proven ability to supervise a team of engineers and technicians.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or HND/National Diploma with substantial relevant experience).
