Cluster Chief Engineer

As we continue to expand and strengthen our manufacturing capabilities, we are looking for an experienced Cluster Chief Engineer to lead the engineering function across Wichy Plantation Company, Eco Trends, Wichy Beverages and Ayura Naturals.

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving engineering excellence, reliability, capital projects, automation, energy efficiency and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

We are looking for an engineering leader who combines strong technical capability with a practical, hands-on approach and the ability to build high-performing teams across multiple operations.
