Assistant lead – Human Resources Development
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Create Training calendar for sales , Show room after sales and back office teams
· Planning Taring for Product , sales ,and soft skills
· Planning on boarding and Induction ,Performance and career development
· Planning content tools such as PPT and Role Plays , T&T , LMS and Tracking training effectiveness .
· HR Development Initiatives such as leadership developments, employee engagements and succession planning
· Sustains and fallowing up main KPI s for Sales team productivity ,Ramp up time , Attrition and training completion rates .
· Support recruitment, Onboarding and employee orientation process
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in HR & training and development ,
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism
· Proficiency in MS Office and new tools, Presentation skills.
- Preference given to the professionals who has exposure in apparel industry marketing and manufacturing and HR process
