We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition & Development to play a key role in shaping our talent strategy and driving organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for mid-to-senior level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.

Collaborate with leadership to identify skill gaps and create learning interventions aligned with business needs.

Manage employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.

Contribute to the development of competency frameworks and support succession planning initiatives.

Partner with internal stakeholders to build a strong talent pipeline for future growth.

Qualifications & Experience:-

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a recognized professional HR qualification.

Postgraduate Diploma in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition and/or learning & development.

Proven success in recruiting mid-to-senior level talent.

Strong background in designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives.

Exposure to employer branding, competency frameworks, and succession planning.

Experience in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, or service industries is preferred.
