Call Center Agent
We are a leading Training & Development company specializing in programs for top management and are looking for energetic Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to corporate clients, promoting our executive training programs, and building strong professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:–
Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with corporate clients.
Promote and provide information about our top management training programs.
Build and maintain relationships with executives and decision-makers.
Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
Achieve sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:–
Fluent in English & Sinhala (both spoken and written).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
