Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end corporate travel (flights, hotels, transport, visas)

Handle ticketing, reissues, cancellations & refunds via GDS

Provide cost-effective travel solutions aligned with company policies

Build strong client relationships & ensure exceptional service

Coordinate with airlines, hotels & suppliers for best rates

Prepare itineraries, quotations & travel documents accurately

Handle urgent changes & last-minute requests efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years in corporate travel management

Strong GDS expertise (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)

Knowledge of fare rules, ticketing & refunds

Excellent communication & multitasking skills

Detail-oriented with strong time management
