Are you passionate about customer care and love being active on social media? We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Customer & Social Media Handling Officer to join our growing team!

🔸 Job Role:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and phone calls

Provide product information and offer excellent customer support

Handle inbound/outbound calls and confirm orders

Promote products and drive online sales through social media engagement

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

🔸 Requirements:

Age between 18 – 28

Pleasant communication skills in Sinhala (English is a plus)

Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram

Ability to manage calls and chat conversations confidently

School leavers are welcome to apply
