Role Description: –
We are looking for a DevOps Intern to join our remote team and support cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and operational efficiency.
This unpaid internship offers hands-on experience in CI/CD workflows, server deployment, monitoring systems, cloud platforms, and automation practices.
Responsibilities include assisting with deployment pipelines, configuring hosting environments, monitoring application health, supporting infrastructure reliability, and collaborating with developers to streamline development and release cycles.
Qualifications:
– 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚.
– Basic understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and deployment workflows.
– Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control practices.
– Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar.
– Basic experience with hosting platforms like Vercel, Netlify, Render, or Docker.
– Understanding of Linux commands, shell basics, and server environments.
– Awareness of monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting concepts.
– Interest in automation and infrastructure optimization.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
– Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a remote team.
– Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; final-year students welcome.
Nice to have:
– Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
– Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools.
– Basic knowledge of networking and security.
– Experience with automation scripts.
– Understanding of scalable cloud-native architecture.
