Executive – Engineer

We are seeking a results-driven and technically skilled Executive – Factory Engineering to join our dynamic team and support continuous improvement in plant operations.

Responsibilities:-

-Oversee and maintain key utility systems, including:

-Steam generation and distribution

-RO (Reverse Osmosis) water systems

-Water supply and treatment systems

-Compressed air systems

-Implement and monitor effective preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

-Support and execute engineering projects, from planning and procurement to implementation

-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency.

-Maintain engineering documentation and ensure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards.

-Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in plant performance and equipment optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.

2-4 years of experience in the food processing industry, preferably with exposure to aseptic processing and filling systems.

Solid knowledge of facility utilities management.

Experience in preventive maintenance and project execution.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.
