Selected candidate is responsible for coordinating transport, facilities, security, and workplace support operations to ensure safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective service delivery across all company locations. The role supports operational excellence through supplier management, performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role:-
-Coordinate transport, facilities, security, and workplace support operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
-Prepare and analyze operational reports, KPI dashboards, and management summaries to support decision-making.
-Conduct regular inspections of facilities and common areas to identify maintenance requirements, cleanliness issues, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement & coordinate with the relevant internal teams and service providers to ensure timely resolution.
-Monitor the quality and standards of cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, and other facility services to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace.
-Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities and follow up with relevant teams and contractors to ensure timely completion.
-Identify opportunities to improve facility processes, workplace standards, service efficiency, and cost effectiveness, and recommend appropriate improvements.
-Maintain records of facility inspections, maintenance activities, service requests, and corrective actions for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Qualifications:-
-Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.
-1-2 years of prior experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Administration, or a related field.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft D365 applications, operational reporting, KPI management, and data analysis.
-Experience in process improvement, digitalization, or operational excellence initiatives will be an added advantage.
