Structa Engineering and Contractors (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our growing team in Colombo!

📌 Role & Responsibilities:-

Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases. Support HR functions, including payroll administration, performance evaluations, and compliance with labor laws.

Coordinate employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.

Handle confidential HR documents with discretion and professionalism. Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

📌 Requirements: –

✔ Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ 1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the construction or corporate sector.

✔ Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
