HR Executive

Key Responsibilities: –
Ø Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Ø Assist in the digitization and automation of HR processes such as leave, attendance, performance management, and payroll integration.
Ø Generate regular HR analytics reports and dashboards for management review.
Ø Liaise with IT and system vendors to troubleshoot system issues and coordinate enhancements.
Ø Ensure data compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements
Ø Train and support HR staff and other employees on HRIS use and best practices
Profile: –
Ø Professionally qualified in human resources management/business administration/IT or a related field.
Ø Hands-on experience with HR software will be a definite advantage.
Ø proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting
