HR Officer

We are a construction company and have an immediate opening for an HR Officer.

Requirements:

• A suitable academic or professional qualification in HRM.
• Sound understanding of legal aspects in HRM.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience and/or knowledge in the field of civil construction will be an advantage.
• Applicants residing close to Kurunegala city.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining personal files and documentation.
• Handling of Recruitment tasks.
• Assisting to the HR Manager.
• Daily operations of HRM
