This full-time internship is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire transformation journey — from discovery to delivery — working alongside passionate experts who create meaningful change every day. We’re looking for curious, detail-oriented problem solvers who love figuring out how things work, engaging with people, and driving structured change.

You’ll dive into process analysis, data-driven decision-making, and digital initiatives, making a real impact across our business.

What You’ll Do:-

✅ Observe processes, interview stakeholders, and collect data to understand current operations

✅ Document processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements

✅ Prepare process maps, SOPs, and transformation artefacts

✅ Track action items, update project progress, and manage documentation

✅ Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, and ensure timely follow-ups

✅ Support digital initiatives including automation and low-code/no-code solutions (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps)

✅ Create reports and presentations that showcase insights and progress

✅ Apply structured problem-solving for continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring:-

🔹 Passion for process improvement, transformation strategy, and technology-enabled change

🔹 Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power Platform (bonus if you know Visio, Miro, MS Project, ClickUp, or Jira)

🔹 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Process Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
