Datacon Solutions (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our expanding team. No prior experience required – just a passion for clean energy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting in the design and implementation of solar (rooftop & ground-mounted) and wind projects.
- Supporting site assessments, technical documentation, and project execution.
- Working closely with senior engineers and gaining hands-on experience.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or NDT (Electrical Engineering).
- ECSL (Engineering Council Sri Lanka) membership is mandatory.
- Interest in solar and wind energy projects.
- Willingness to travel for site work across Sri Lanka.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork.
- Tamil language skills are an added advantage.
Work Locations:
Ja-Ela and Colombo offices
