✅ Fluent in English with strong communication skills
✅ Background in education, early childhood, psychology, or related field (Degree/Master’s preferred)
✅ Passion for nature, play-based learning, and outdoor leadership
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions with energy and joy
✅ Immediate availability | 6 days a week commitment
