Production Trainee Internship – Cosmeceutical, Nutraceutical & Herbal Manufacturing Applications are currently open to candidates based in Sri Lanka.
We are seeking motivated and disciplined individuals to join our manufacturing division as Production Trainee Interns, offering hands-on exposure to real-time industrial operations within a GMP-regulated environment.
This role spans cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, and herbal manufacturing, providing a strong foundation in regulated production systems.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and undergraduates who are eager to translate scientific knowledge into practical manufacturing experience and develop competencies in industrial production workflows.
About the Role:-
Selected interns will be trained in core production activities within a controlled manufacturing environment, gaining insight into how raw materials are transformed into finished products under strict quality and regulatory standards. The role provides direct exposure to GMP-based manufacturing operations, documentation systems, and production workflow management across skincare formulations, dietary supplements, and herbal preparations.
Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of Production and QA teams, trainees will: –
✅ Assist in manufacturing processes across cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, and herbal product lines
✅ Support raw material weighing, dispensing, and batch preparation Participate in mixing, blending, emulsification, and filling operations
✅Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
✅ Maintain strict adherence to GMP, hygiene, and contamination control practices
✅ Record in-process data and support production documentation Assist in line clearance and equipment cleaning procedures
✅ Collaborate with QA/QC teams during in-process quality checks Training Exposure
✅ Interns will receive structured training in: GMP-compliant manufacturing systems Production workflows and documentation practices.
Eligibility Criteria
🔴 Male Candidates only
✅ Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate status in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related fields
✅ Fresh graduates and final-year undergraduates are encouraged to apply
✅ Basic understanding of chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences is an advantage Strong interest in manufacturing, GMP systems, and regulated environments Personal Attributes
✅ High discipline and strict adherence to procedures.
