📌 Qualifications:
•⁠ ⁠NCT / HND / NDT or Degree in Quantity Surveying.
•⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in preparing BOQs, interim valuations, office-based estimations, and final accounts.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge and experience in Price Fluctuation / Escalation calculations.
