QA Executive
Deadline:- 27th March 2025
We are looking for a motivated individual to join JRF quality team as a QA Executive. There are night shifts and male candidates are preferred due to that.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
*Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP, and other food safety systems.
*Identify areas for process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
*Ensure adherence to production and packaging standards in compliance with industry regulations.
*Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and maintain operational efficiency.
*Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
*Assist with internal and external audits and inspections.
*Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related field.
*A minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role within a food manufacturing facility.
*Strong understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).
*Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
*Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
*Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
*Expertise in sauce and textured soy protein manufacturing will be an added advantage.
