🔹 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Visit construction sites together with the Managing QS
✔️ Prepare project quotations, cost estimates & budgets
✔️ Obtain and evaluate subcontractor & supplier rates
✔️ Prepare subcontractors’ bills
✔️ Prepare tender and billing documents
🔹 Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction/renovation
✔️ NCT / HND / NVQ Level 3–4 in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification recognized in Sri Lanka
✔️ Strong knowledge of interior materials & cost management
✔️ Proficiency in AutoCAD & QS software
✔️ Procurement experience
