Supervisor – Finishing Works

Project Location: Colombo

We are seeking skilled, practical, and committed professionals to join our ongoing high-rise building projects. If you have hands-on experience in finishing works and a commitment to quality, we’d like to hear from you.

Preferred Requirements

• Practical experience in building finishing works is essential.
• High-rise, apartment, or commercial building experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage labour teams and coordinate multiple finishing trades.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and finishing standards.
• NVQ Level 3/4, BCT, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
• Skilled candidates with strong site experience are encouraged to apply regardless of academic qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily finishing work activities on site.
• Coordinate skilled workers to ensure quality workmanship.
• Monitor productivity and progress against project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain records of work progress, labour attendance, and material usage.
• Report site issues and coordinate with the Technical Officer and Site Engineer.
