Technical Officer – Finishing Works

Project Location: Colombo

We are seeking skilled, practical, and committed professionals to join our ongoing high-rise building projects. If you have hands-on experience in finishing works and a commitment to quality, we’d like to hear from you.

Preferred Requirements

Proven experience in building finishing works (high-rise experience preferred).
Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate site activities.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
NVQ Level 4/5, BCT, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Candidates with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply regardless of qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate finishing works in line with project specifications and quality standards.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to achieve project milestones.
Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works.
Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and material requirements.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and inspection records.
Support the Site Engineer/Project Manager in project delivery.
