Hiring – Accounts Assistant

Seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support the finance operations of the hotel. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily accounting activities including data entry and record keeping
• Handle invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Reconcile daily sales with Front Office and F&B reports
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports and summaries
• Coordinate with departments for billing and expense tracking
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel; accounting software knowledge is an advantage)
• Honest, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
