At i4T Labs, we are on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
💡 What We’re Looking For:
✅ A customer-centric mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
✅ 5+ years of experience in customer support—ideally in a SaaS or client-facing tech environment.
✅ Proficiency in tools like Office 365, CRM systems, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Mailchimp.
✅ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to support global clients.
✅ A tertiary qualification in Business Management or a related field.
✅ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
✅ A team player who works collaboratively with Sales, Product, and Technical teams.
