Cham Lanka Construction & Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Project Quantity Surveyor to join our growing project team.
Position: Electrical Project QS
Industry: Electrical / MEP Construction
Location: Colombo / Project Site
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical BOQs & quantity take-offs
- Quotations, variations & valuations
- Progress measurements & payment applications
- Cost monitoring and project cost control
- Reviewing electrical drawings & specifications
- Coordination with consultants, contractors & suppliers
- Maintaining accurate QS and commercial documentation
Requirements:
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Experience in Electrical / MEP QS is preferred
- Good knowledge of electrical construction works
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to manage project deadlines
