📍 Location: Ekala

🎯 Role Profile:

Compliance Management: Implement, establish, and maintain products and processes in compliance with FSSC 22000 & Quality Management Systems.

Process Excellence: Conduct process validations, analyze product performance, and drive continual improvements.

Standards Maintenance: Ensure all products and manufacturing processes comply with national and international QA standards.

Customer Focus: Attend to product complaints, non-conformance issues, and customer queries.

Analysis & Traceability: Ensure rigorous analysis of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods while maintaining an end-to-end process traceability system.

📋 Personal Profile / Requirements:

Passed G.C.E. A/L with 01 year of experience in the Quality Assurance / Quality Control field.

Fair knowledge of QA methodologies and standards like FSSC 22000, HACCP, BRC, ISO, etc. (an added advantage).

Experience in the metal packaging, food manufacturing, or canning industry is highly preferred.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and numerical skills with statistical process control techniques.
