QUANTITY SURVEYORS
Sathuta Builders (Pvt) Ltd is seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our construction project teams in the Western, North Western, and Sabaragamuwa Provinces.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience (IQSSL-accredited degree), or HND (QS) / NCT (QS) with 4 years of experience, or equivalent.
Experience in building construction projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with site work experience.
Experience with SBD 2 and SBD 4 would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and checking of main contract and subcontractor bills.
Preparation of monthly cost reports and monitoring of project costs.
Measurement, valuation, and preparation of monthly claims and subcontractor payments.
Assisting the project management team with cost control and commercial matters.
