𝗪𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 – 𝗠𝗘𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 is expanding its MEP Quantity Surveying Team in Sri Lanka. We are looking for motivated professionals with strong technical knowledge, MEP measurement expertise, quantity take-off experience, and the ability to contribute to both local and international projects.

𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

𝟬𝟭. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗠𝗘𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿
Minimum 8 years of comprehensive MEP Quantity Surveying experience, with proven experience working on large-scale Middle Eastern projects preferred.

𝟬𝟮. 𝗠𝗘𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿
Minimum 4–8 years of experience in pre-contract and post-contract MEP Quantity Surveying duties.

𝟬𝟯. 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗘𝗣 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗿
1–4 years of experience in MEP measurement. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and relevant technical knowledge are also encouraged to apply.

𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀:

✅ BSc or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
✅ Knowledge of MEP systems and measurement principles
✅ Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
✅ Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX and Microsoft Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment
